Weekend Recap

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I have had one that was fun and relaxing at the same time. You can't ask for more than that!

Friday I had a great night. I spent time with my friends Tho and Diana. It was Diana's 33rd birthday. Oh, sorry Di if you read this..it was Diana's 29th birthday! Who said 33? ;) We met up with a few of her other friends, one of whom was also celebrating a birthday.

After going out to eat, one of the girls invited us to her sailboat. We were all excited since most of us had never been on a sailboat before. It was really cool and made me want a boat even more than I already did. Unfortunately, though, the weather was not cooperating. Seeing Tho and I holding on to one another and walking like little old ladies, so that we didn't slip off the pier in our heels, was comical for the others I am sure. Hearing us humming the wedding march all of the way down, after joking that we looked like we were walking down the aisle, probably not so comical for the people having quite time on the other boats!

Yummy Sundae Cake!

Tho, Diana and I.

Also, the Yankees won!!!

Saturday Barkley really lucked out. We were going to take him to the vet, but rescheduled on account that everyone deserves a lazy day every now and again. This Saturday, we decided was ours.

I spent the day reading :

I have been meaning to read this book for a while and I finally got around to it. If you like Kristen Chenoweth, you will truly enjoy her book and if you don't know much about her, you will love her by the time you are done reading her memoir. She is such a talented lady and so glad to see she is still grounded despite her success.

We finished the night in grand lazy bones fashion-pizza and a movie. We hit up the best bargain in town, Redbox, and rented 17 Again, with Matthew Perry and Zac Efron. It was a cute movie.

Today we went out to eat with my parents and then put up our Halloween decorations outside. I will have to take pictures and post them later.

I hope everyone else is out and about, relaxing or whatever it is that you enjoy! :)

And to end your weekend the right way....cute baby pictures!

This is Tho's baby girl Kaylin! She is such so precious that I couldn't choose just one pic, so I had to add all four! I am sure none of you will mind! :)

Wow that cake looks intense! I bet it tasted as good as it looks.

My weekend has been great and awful. I'm sicker now...because I was out til 2 AM Friday night and 3 AM last night. Yeah, I'm an idiot and probably should've been walking around wrapped up mummy-style. But noooo, I wanted to look cute and now feel like crappy.

Glad to hear you had an awesome weekend though. Cute baby :)

ChallenCharms-It was really nice. Too bad they all can't have a little rest involved! :)

Dorkys-That cake was so good that I had to give it to everyone when they left! I couldn't have that in my house and trust myself not to eat it all!

Oh what we won't do to look cute! I hope you are feeling better though!
